Nantes hosted Paris Saint Germain at the Stade de Bourjouir yesternight in the French ligue 1. It was a fantastic game with beautiful display we witnessed yesterday. The intensity was very high from the blast of the whitsel till the game ended.

The game ended 3-2 in favour of the home team with PSG scoring the opener courtesy Daniel Alvers with a fantastic drive. Diego Carlos brought Nantes back on level terms before our own Majeed Waris scored the second on the 44th minutes to put the Canaries in front. An own goal from Daniel Alvers sealed the victory for the home side despite PSG pulling one back in the last minutes of the game to make it 3-2.

Ghanaian striker Abdul Majeed Waris was at it again after exhibiting a super performance for his club yesterday with a goal. He has been sensational since joining Nantes from FC Porto no wonder he was handed the number 10 jersey. He was adjudged man of the match in their 2-1 victory over Lyon last Sunday.

With this, he is looking forward to impressing coach Kwesi Appiah so he will add his name to his squad ahead of the 2019 AFCON which will be held in Egypt. He has 2 assists and 3 goals so far this season.
