Laryea Kingston to work with SuperSport as a pundit in the upcoming AFCON

With some few days to begin the 2019 AFCON, former Black Stars winger, Laryea Kingston has been tipped by Africa’s broadcasting giant SuperSports to work as a pundit for them in the Nations Cup which is staged in Egypt.

Laryea Kingston had much experience in his playing days having featured for Ghanaian giant, Hearts of Oak. He expanded his shores to the Scotland premier league where he played for Hearts. With the Black Stars, he was part of the squad that represented Ghana in the 2006 AFCON in Egypt and also the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

Laryea Kingston after retiring from football, has been expressing his views on the happenings in the local game. He has been on local television stations like GTV and TV3 to discuss football with some of the top pundits in Ghana. Currently he is pursuing coaching and looking forward to becomeing a football coach in few years to come.

With all these experience acquired, African broadcasting giant SuperSport believes having him as part of their pundits in this AFCON will be a good move. Already, they have worked with Ghanaians like Samuel Osei Kuffour and just recently appointed Benjamin Willy Graham as part of their lead commentators in the 2019 AFCON.

Laryea Kingston expressed his satisfaction on securing this opportunity to discuss and predict games in the 2019 AFCON. With the tournament set to commence next month, Laryea will leave Ghana for Egypt very soon to start working.
