Ghanaian international striker, Raphael Dwamena has been ruled out indefinitely due to health issues of which many believed is a heart problem.
The 22 year old nearly joined Premier League outfit Brighton and Hove Albion in the 2017 winter transfer window during his days at FC Zürich but the deal couldn’t go through after failing medicals. Reports indicates he was having a heart problem and it is the same issue he is having now.
This actually happened when his current club, Real Zaragoza conducted a routine test for their players. Though the club have not confirmed Dwamena’s actual problem but has indicated the striker will run few more test and examinations in the coming days.
Real Zaragoza in a statement on their website have disclosed Raphael Dwamena will go through series of checks and examinations and they strongly believe he will be fit and recover as quick as possible.
Dwamena 22, since joining from Levante on loan hasn’t had a bad spell at all in the Spanish Segunda division. He now has two goals in 9 games so far for Zaragoza.
