Top Ghanaian Dancehall artist, Livingstone Etse Satekla famously known in the showbiz as ‘Stonebwoy’ has picked former Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan as his all time best Ghanaian footballer.
In an interview with Countryman Songo on the Fire for Fire show on Adom TV, the multiple award winner has stated he admired lots of Ghanaian footballers but Asamoah Gyan is his favourite despite heaping praises on former Hearts of Oak forward Bernard Dong Bortey who was also his favourite.
On the decision to abrogate the Ghana league, the CEO of the Burniton Music Group opened up by confessing he’s a staunch Hearts of Oak supporter and would wish the rest of the football season continues but only when all the players of the various clubs can be taken through proper tests to ensure the safety of the stakeholders around the game. To him, curbing the COVID-19 is the most important thing to tackle at the moment.
On how he’s coping in this period of coronavirus, the ‘Tuff Seed’ hit maker admitted it hasn’t been easy for him since he’s had most of his international events called off as he was supposed to perform live in London early this month. All in all, he’s admitted and cherished how important it is to stay safe and preserve his life for he strongly believes this too will very soon end.
In conclusion, the BET award winner added by issuing some words of advice to Ghanaians especially the ‘Bhim Natives’ to make sure they stay safe and also abide by all the safety precautionary measures that are put in place to help prevent themselves from catching the virus.
